Our clients are assigned to a color pod where 3 to 4 engineers learn their business, software, and personalities, forming a bond. If we lose a technician, it doesn’t disrupt harmony.

If an angry face is clicked, the same process occurs, but our Founder and the primary contact within the client's organization are also notified.
