The Ugly Truth about Our IT Company

“Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.” – Thomas Jefferson

Have you ever wondered what would happen if a company decided to tell the unvarnished truth about itself? Inspired by a Seinfeld episode called “Opposite,” where George Costanza decides to do the opposite of his instincts and starts telling the truth, we decided to come clean about the reality of our company.

Our Team: Small but Mighty

In the episode, George’s life takes a surprising turn when he decides to do the opposite of what he normally would. Instead of lying or exaggerating, he tells the truth, which leads to unexpected successes. He impresses a baseball team owner with his honesty and lands a date by being straightforward. This approach of doing the opposite of what he normally would turns his life around in surprising ways. So, in the spirit of George, we’re going to lay it all out there for you.

First off, let’s talk about our team. We’re ashamed to admit it, but we only have 30 actual employees, most of whom are engineers. No inflated numbers here—just a dedicated team working hard for you. We know, we know, it’s not the hundreds of employees you might expect from a big-shot IT company, but hey, we believe in quality over quantity. Our engineers are like the Swiss Army knives of the tech world—versatile, reliable, and always ready to tackle any challenge. Just like George’s honesty impressed the baseball owner, we hope our transparency about our team size will earn your trust.

Our Office: Humble Beginnings

Next up, our office. We don’t like to tell people about our ugly office, but we do have one. Unfortunately, it’s right here in San Antonio, not in LA or New York. We wish we were fancier, but this is our reality. Picture a place that’s more “charming fixer-upper” than “sleek corporate headquarters.” We’ve got character, and by character, we mean a building that’s seen better days. But it’s home, and it’s where the IT Services magic happens. Plus, we’ve got the best tacos in town just around the corner, so there’s that. Much like George’s straightforward approach won him a date, we hope our honesty about our humble office will win your appreciation.

Our Experience: A Work in Progress

Finally, let’s address our experience. We really have to be honest and let you know upfront that we don’t have much experience working with attorneys. We’re ashamed to say we can only provide three references from other law firms. It’s not that we don’t want to work with more attorneys; it’s just that we haven’t had the chance yet. But those three references? They’re solid. They’ll tell you we’re the real deal, even if we’re not swimming in a sea of legal clients. Just as George’s honesty led to unexpected opportunities, we hope our transparency about our experience will open new doors for us.

Conclusion: Embracing Honesty

If you feel these answers are similar to an interviewee’s response to “tell us about your worst trait”—where a good trait is made to sound bad—then you’ve got our tongue-in-cheek sales letter. We’ve included a link to a video of our ugly office that we’re ashamed of. Don’t look at it! But seriously, we believe in honesty and transparency, and we hope this letter has given you a clearer picture of who we are. We might not be the biggest or the fanciest, but we’re genuine, and we’re here to help.

Thank you for considering us despite our flaws. We believe that by being upfront and honest, we can build a stronger, more trustworthy relationship with you. So, what do you say? Ready to give the little guys a chance? Just like George’s life turned around with his opposite approach, we hope our honesty will lead to a positive outcome for us and for you.
